Welcome to Lumi Bright Sdn. Bhd. These terms apply to all sales of Safety Jogger footwear, PPE, safety signage, SECA-TRAC® traffic products, and installation services. Please review them before placing an order or submitting a project enquiry.
About us
Lumi Bright Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based industrial solutions company established in 2005, supplying safety footwear (Safety Jogger), personal protective equipment (PPE), safety signage, traffic management products (SECA-TRAC®), and providing installation and civil works services to industrial, commercial, and government clients nationwide.
Orders & quotations
- All orders are subject to product availability and written confirmation by Lumi Bright.
- Purchase orders (POs) submitted by the customer constitute acceptance of the quoted price and scope of supply.
- Lumi Bright reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in MYR and subject to SST. Standard payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date. Delivery or installation may be withheld for overdue accounts.
Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, location, and order volume.
- Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed address.
- Additional charges may apply for delivery to remote locations outside Peninsular Malaysia.
- Lumi Bright is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier lead times, weather, or logistics disruptions.
Installation & project works
On-site services are subject to a separate work order. The customer must ensure safe site access. Any scope changes must be agreed in writing and may incur additional costs.
Warranty & returns
- Safety Jogger & PPE products carry the manufacturer's warranty by Cortina Group.
- SECA-TRAC® products are warranted against manufacturing defects.
- Returns accepted within 7 days for unopened goods in original packaging.
- Custom signage, fabricated, and installed items are non-returnable.
Intellectual property
SECA-TRAC® and PENDEKAR® are registered trademarks of Lumi Bright. All branding and content may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the original transaction. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
